How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Popular weekends and holidays fill up quickly, so the sooner the better!

Can I book an event within a week of my date?
Rush bookings (less than 7 days’ notice) may be accepted based on availability and include a Rush Fee to accommodate expedited setup and planning. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin planning your Bliss Moment. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

What happens if it rains or the weather changes?
Your comfort and safety are our priority! If the forecast calls for rain or severe weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule your picnic or move it indoors (if possible). Deposits remain non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?
We don’t provide food ourselves, you are free to bring your own food and beverages! Bottled water is always provided.
For alcoholic beverages, it is the responsibility of the client to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for one of our events. We do not offer alcoholic beverages and are not held responsible for those who bring those items to their picnics.

How long does each picnic or event last?
Our standard setups are designed for 2 hours of bliss, but you can extend your time for an additional hourly rate (see our Add-Ons section for details).

Do you set up in any location?
We serve the Jacksonville and surrounding areas. We can set up in public parks, beaches, or private spaces with permission. If you have a specific location in mind, we’ll confirm it’s suitable for setup before your event.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit and may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will forfeit the non-refundable deposit, but any remaining balance may be refunded or credited toward a future date at Bliss Moments’ discretion.
In the case of bad weather, your event may be rescheduled once at no additional cost (subject to availability).

How does cleanup work?
We handle everything — setup, styling, and cleanup — so you can relax and enjoy. Simply arrive, celebrate, and leave the rest to us.

Can I customize my event theme or décor?
Yes! Customization is what makes your Bliss Moment unique. We offer a variety of color palettes, décor styles, and add-ons to match your vision perfectly.

Is alcohol allowed?
This depends on the location. Some public parks and beaches prohibit alcohol. We recommend checking local regulations or choosing a private venue if you’d like to include champagne or wine.

Do you charge travel or delivery fees?
A small travel fee may apply for locations outside our primary service area. We’ll confirm this when finalizing your booking.

How does payment work?
To reserve your luxury event, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required after confirmation of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before your scheduled event.
Once your picnic date and time are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, ACH Direct Debit, Cash App Pay, and Zelle. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Square.
Full payment is required for any luxury picnics that are booked less than 7 days before the event.

Arrival time?
Please arrive on time. We will be at the picnic site to greet you. If you need to leave earlier than your booked time, we need a 30-minute notification from you via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we return.

What if we break or spill something?
We are happy to clean up after you, that’s part of our service! However, a replacement fee may apply for lost, broken, or excessively damaged items (such as tableware, décor pieces, or equipment). We kindly ask that all guests treat each setup with care so we can continue providing beautiful experiences.

Weather Policy
Bliss Moments, LLC reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the picnic due to inclement weather. For beach picnics, we will notify you of a location change due to current wind and weather conditions that prohibit setup on the day of the picnic. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather. We will notify you of the cancellation via email or text and we will re-schedule the picnic for a different day and time. If applicable, we can move your event to your preferred indoor location where unloading and setup can be done in dry conditions. If not, we are happy to reschedule you for another date within the calendar year at no additional cost.
